SINGAPORE, 9 May 2020 – In conjunction with the start of Season 1 of the PVP Esports Community Championships 2020, PVP Esports has unveiled a new look featuring a sleek new logo and brand identity as it grows towards being Southeast Asia’s ultimate esports platform where gaming lives.
Over the last two years, PVP Esports has firmly entrenched itself as a force for gaming and a key enabler for the regional gaming community through its events and initiatives. The updated look represents its evolution since it was first introduced in 2018 as a multi-title, multi-country esports arena with a more refined and elevated brand identity that reinforces its core values of passion, healthy gaming and sportsmanship.
The brand refresh comes in tandem with the start of Season 1 of the Corporate and Campus Championships, targeted at engaging amateur workforce and student gamers across the region. Building on the success of the 2019 community leagues, the 2020 edition of the Championships has been scaled up to feature a combined S$100,000 prize pool, two seasons and more game titles across the year. The emerging Singapore champions for Season 1 will also go head to head with other country champions from Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines and Malaysia (campus only) at a regional showdown in August.
